  • SHIPPING VIA FORWARDING SERVICES
    Our eBay listings provide international delivery and customs clearance. If you choose to order via this web site and have items delivered to a freight forwarder for export outside of the UK we insist that you select tracked delivery.
    Orders for delivery to forwarding services without this shipping method will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns Policy

At The 3D Room, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
  2. Change of Mind/Incorrect Item Ordered:
    If you’ve changed your mind about an item, you must inform us within 14 days of delivery. Once we have authorised the return, it should be sent to us within 14 days. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
    Return postage costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:
    To initiate a return, please email us at info@the3droom.co.uk, quoting the original order number and reason for return.
    If the item is damaged or defective, please include relevant photographs.
  2. Return Authorisation:
    We’ll provide you with a return authorisation number. Please write this number on the outside of the package.
  3. Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Refunds:
    Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. It can take up to 7 working days for funds to reach your account.
  2. Exchanges:
    If you’d like to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item when contacting us.
    Depending on the circumstance we will either ship the new item once we have received the original or, provide a refund and request that a new order is placed. We will advise at the time of authorising the return.

Exceptions

  1. Custom or Personalised Items:
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom-made or personalised items unless they are defective.
